Welcome to our special place in Paradise. This is truly a Boater's Paradise. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the Heart of the Florida Keys. You will have quick access to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico after you leave your 72' deep water dock. Its central location provides puts you within an hour drive to any of the spectacular attractions the Keys have to offer from Key Largo to Key West. You will be only 10 minutes from the renowned Dolphin Research Center (where Flipper was trained) and only ten (5) minutes from the world famous 7 Mile Bridge. Some of the world's best sport fishing is just a few miles off shore as well as the best snorkeling locations anywhere, including the Caribbean.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, your own private bath with a large Jacuzzi and a door that opens to your own private balcony. A second bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a large closet and its own balcony. Right across the hall is your own private bath. The loft has a king size bed, its own TV and a private Bath. The interior is trimmed in mahogany a teak wood throughout. The rest of your home away from home has a washer and dryer, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with pull-out queen sofa, love seat and a TV. There is also a large two (2) car garage to park your car(s) and/or boat trailer. A gas grill is outside for your grilling pleasure.

If you are a golfer you will have access to the 18 hole course at Sombrero Country Club, one of the only two (2) private country clubs in the keys (greens fees and cart fees will be your responsibility.) Just let us know when you get here if golfing is your pleasure.

So, pack up your flip flops, a few pairs of shorts and T shirts (underwear is always optional here), your fishing poles and tackle box, put your boat on the trailer and come on down to the best year round weather in the entire USA if not the world. And don't forget any of the extras you may want to enjoy: golf clubs, fins, snorkels and masks.
